Features


1.The Four-Axis Design of Flexible Sewing, Can be on the Assembly Line of the Intelligent Template Machine

It covers an area of only 1.2 m × 1.1 m, which is fully suitable for the production line

2. Equipped with a thread catcher device at the beginning of sewing and a short thread tail function at the end of sewing        
no thread at beginning sewing, easily exchange upper and bottom thread, greatly improve the sewing quality.


3. The RFID Fast Reading System

4. Double Presser Foot Design        

A. independent rail presser foot effectively improve the leveling function of the template,avoid dislocation and clamp.


           

B. When sewing, the middle pressure foot changes according to the fabric thickness, which is more stable and the thread is more beautiful.


5. Optional And Effcient Air Absorption Module        
Silent air suction system, low power strong air suction, can be automatically closed air suction during sewing , to avoid sucking the fabric caused by deformation.
